“…Proyecto que busca ahondar en la permanencia de la leyenda en el imaginario colectivo para desvelar los mecanismos mediante los cuales sigue arraigada en la historia.,Todo lo que parecía indestructible, estable e inamovible se derrumba. La obra de Antonio Fernández Alvira así lo evidencia. Construye y destruye para dar a ver la ruina. Los restos se apilan en su instalación El último resplandor que sitúa en la Sala de la Campana donde, según la leyenda,Ramiro II el Monje decapitó a los nobles aragoneses rebeldes que menospreciaban su poder por considerarlo manso y nada entendido en armas. Dispone El último resplandor, acorde con las líneas de investigación del trabajo centrado en la construcción teatralizada de símbolos de poder para descubrir su fragilidad, que enfatiza mediante el empleo de papel y acuarela imitando la madera. Trampantojos visuales cuyo mecanismo es de naturaleza conceptual…”
